Specialists of the Department of state building control and expertise of Saint Petersburg held the first lecture for students of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering

On November 25, 2015 in accordance with the Agreement on cooperation dd. June 30, 2015 set between the Department of state building control and expertise of Saint Petersburg and Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering at Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering there was held an open lecture read by specialists of the Department for students of the faculty of civil engineering.

The lecture was read by director of the department of legal and methodological support of administrative production of the Department of state building control and expertise of Saint Petersburg Oleg A. Timoshchuk and leading specialist of the sector of fire safety sector of the Department Mikhail A. Ivanov.

Oleg A. Timoshchuk said that he was pleased to come to the higher education institution where he had studied and where he had finished post-graduate studies. O.A. Timoshchuk also stressed that in the world there was not a civil engineer, who did not know about the Department of state building control and expertise. All civil engineers need to know the legislative basis, as the legislation had some penalties for violation of the state building legislation.

During the lecture there were touched the following issues:

• Procedure of acquiring the permission for engineering works and reconstruction;
• Permissions for object release exploitation;
• Regional state control of following the requirements regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and Saint Petersburg.

This is the first lecture which was read by specialists of the Department of state control and expertise of Saint Petersburg for students of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering. The knowledge gained by students will be useful for them both in studies and in future professional career.
