Skills of actions at fire: training in SPSUACE

On 22nd May, 2018 in the hostel of the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering located on the bank of Fontanka river, 123/5, there was held a training «Evacuation of workers and students in emergency situation (fire)». The training was organized by the department of complex safety according to the Plan of basic actions on civil defense, prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and maintenance of fire safety for 2018.

The inspector of the department of supervising activity and preventive work of Admiralty area A.D.Shirokov took part in the action of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia across St.-Petersburg. Students, workers of a housing management, guard service on duty, committee-men on emergency situations and fire safety employees of the department of complex safety, public order officers, sanitary post were involved in the training. There were 392 participants.

The participants fulfilled skills of actions at fire. Thanks to orchestrated actions of student heads of floors headed by the assistant of council of heads O.Derjugina, students left the rooms orderly. Evacuation passed on the basic ways of evacuation - to ladders of emergency exits of right and left parties with an exit in the courtyard. In the final part of the training students had a possibility of practical use of the fire extinguisher.
