The head of Open Company «G.E.O.S.» (Germany), Mister Yan Richter is awarded the title «Honorable doctor of SPSUACE»

On 15th February, 2018 a solemn ceremony of awarding the title «Honorable doctor of SPSUACE» to the head of Open Company «G.E.O.S.» (Freiberg, Germany) Mister Yan Richter took place at Academic council session at the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering.

The basic directions of scientific researches of the Open Company «G.E.O.S.»:

• Geological and geotechnical support of projects in the field of renewable energy, in particular in the sphere of wind power and deep geothermy.
• Technological workings out in the sphere of alternative energy sources in territories of mountain sailings and dumps at erection of photo-electric systems.
• Technological workings out in the sphere of extraction of raw materials and recycling waste.
• Working out methods of industrial and technical water treatment.
• Planning and co-ordination of projects on environment sanitation, and also getting pure water and protection of pure water against pollution.

Mister Richter as the director of Company «G.E.O.S.» supervises over scientific activity of the firm. At the moment he is heading about 20 research projects at national and European levels. Results of researches of the company are constantly reported at the international conferences of Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland, and other countries. Researches conducted under Mister Richter’s direction are directly connected with manufacture and have practical importance.

«The subjects of researches of the company under the direction of Mister Richter and at his direct participation in workings out appreciably intertwine with subjects of research works of the faculty of engineering ecology and municipal economy of SPSUACE. This gives the grounds to conduct joint researches in the field of industrial and technical water treatment in the long term, in questions of recycling of waste and decision of environmental problems in territories of Russia and Germany.
