Students of SPSUACE took part in the action «Let’s get going!»

On 9th March, 2017 students of the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering took part in the action «Let’s get going!» coincided with the birthday of the first cosmonaut Jury Gagarin. This action became a starting point of XIX World festival of youth and students which will be held this autumn in Sochi.

More than 400 students of Petersburg high schools gathered at the Peter and Paul Fortress where the chairman of the Committee on youth policy and interaction with public organizations Renata Abdulina, the rector of SUAI Julia Antohina, the first vice-president of the Northwest organization of Astronautic Federation of Russia Oleg Mukhin, the master of the game «What? Where? When?» Alexander Druz delivered their speeches. After that a live transmission from a board of the International space station was organized. The holiday was finished with a flashmob "Camomile" - this flower is the Festival symbol.
