Representatives of Saint Petersburg plant “Petro” (affiliated company of JTI) held a presentation of the company for students of the faculty of civil engineering of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering

On February 12, 2016 representatives of Saint Petersburg plant “Petro” (affiliated company of JTI) held a presentation of the company for students of the faculty of civil engineering of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering.

Yana Yakusheva, senior recruiting specialist, and Oleg Yashin, director of the department of engineering projects, alumni of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering of 2006 told about the company history, about current functioning of the “Petro” plant, which is the largest manufacturing complex within the structure of JTI, and about the capacities of development in the company.

Guests also told about internships, which students can pass at “Petro”. This, professional internship lasting one year and a half is oriented at senior students and alumni. After the internship students have a chance to get employed at the company. Summer internship last two months – July and August, you can submit application for internship till the end of April. The programme is developed for students of 3-6 courses. This internship is a good chance for career start. Both internships are paid.

At the end of the presentation the guests answered students’ questions and wished successful professional growth.
