ARKHproekt Exhibition Opened

On November 30, an exhibition of 3^rd Russian Architecture contest ARKHproekt opened in SPbGASU. the visitors can see 41 works of young architects and designers. The contest was organized by Gruppa CDS – one of the leading builders in Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.

ARKHproekt was founded by Gruppa CDS in 2016. The aim of the contest is to encourage students and give them opportunities to start career. The projects were submitted to three categories: ‘Best proposal on interior design in apartments’, ‘Best proposal on multistory house face’, ‘Best proposal on entrance space design’.

Fedor Perov, Dean of Faculty of Architecture: ‘I am happy that the contest is held in our university and that it was created by practicing builders, because the connection between education and practice is absolutely crucial’.

Olga Matalytskaya, advertisement, PR and branding director of Gruppa CDS: ‘We appreciate every student and every project. Our mission is to find and support the talents. We hope that the contest is a good start for its participants’.

The winners of ARKHproekt will be announced in December. The top award is salaried placement in Gruppa CDS.
