1st International Transport Infrastructure Forum

On November 27-29, 1st International Transport Infrastructure Forum took place in Lenexpo. SPbGASU presented its innovative solutions at the Forum. Irina R. Lugovskaya, First Vice Rector, Sergey A. Evtukov, Head of the Department of Land Transport Technological Vehicles and Faculty of Automobile and Road-Building staff participated in the event.

1300 people from 12 foreign countries and all over Russia visited the Forum. They had an opportunity to share their best practices in road-building, discuss the questions about road and buildings design improvement and regulations in infrastructure facilities construction.

There was also held a plenary meeting Perspectives and Development Goals of Local Road System till 2024. Funding Sources. Innokenty S. Alafinov, First Deputy Minister of Transport, Igor V. Kostuchenko, Head of Department of State Policy in Road Industry, Vice Governor of Saint Petersburg, more officials and scientists took part in the plenary meeting. Local data about real condition of road network was analyzed against regulatory requirements; there were also determined the funding sources.
