Dear students,

Department of Computer Science offers the elective "Building Information Modelling (BIM)".

Today, the use of BIM-technology touches all stages of production and life support of buildings: data collection, design work, construction, equipping, operation, maintenance and demolition. In other words, Information Modelling contains all the necessary information - architectural and construction, technological, economic, etc.

The elective is an opportunity to master the modern approach in the field of construction and architecture:

• To develop your skills using modern software;
• To learn how to organize team work using actual methods and mechanisms in the project case;
• To use your knowledge in practice.

The content of the elective includes the following sections:

Architecture (Autodesk Revit 2019), Structures (Tekla Structures 2018), Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal (Autodesk Revit 2019), Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation (Autodesk Revit 2019), BIM-management and automation of design processes (Autodesk Revit 2019, Navisworks 2019, Tekla Structures 2018 , Dynamo for Revit 2019).

When to enroll?

Enrollment is carried out from 01 to 10 September 2018. Priority for the elective is for the third-year students.

The number of vacant places is limited, there are a lot of people! Please choose the elective consciously!

The schedule of classes will be announced by e-mail after the list of participants is formed.
