The patent of the Russian Federation for a useful model № 164792 is granted
A useful model "Thermo-panel" for the warmed roofs» by the head of the Chair of construction operations D.Sc. in engineering, the professor Antonina Fedorovna Judina and the post-graduate student of the chair of construction operations Nadezhda Vladimirovna Rozantseva was registered by Federal Agency of intellectual property. The patent of the Russian Federation for the useful model № 164792 is granted, exclusive rights on which belong to the Federal state budgetary institution of higher education «St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering».
The useful model concerns the field of construction, in particular, building designs, and can be used for the warmed roofs. Technical result is in increasing tightness of a roofing covering with a simultaneous increase in bearing ability of "thermo-panel" and power efficiency.«Thermo-panel »for the warmed roofs is made monolithic and contains a formed urethane-foam panel with adjusting apertures on the lateral longitudinal surfaces, executed with possibility of its connection with next formed urethane-foam panels by means of lateral longitudinal connections of «displacement » type, the reinforcing covering is executed from fiber glass fabric and rigidly connected with the formed urethane-foam panel from its opposite sides, from one of which the formed urethane-foam panel is executed with a ridge profile, thus in addition it contains a frame from basalt reinforced fiber, located inside the urethane-foam panel and executed in the form of a spatial grid from crossed longitudinal edges and the cross-section crosspieces established with an equal step to longitudinal and cross-section directions. The formed urethane-foam panel with adjusting apertures can be executed with condensing element on one lateral longitudinal surface, and on the other lateral surface there is a groove along its length that provides possibility of connection of every formed urethane-foam panel with next formed urethane-foam panels by means of lateral longitudinal connections of "thorn-groove" type.
