Delegation from Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction Visits SPbGASU

From November 15 to November 16 Abdullo Mirisayev, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, and Zafar Matniyazov, Head of the Department of Landscape Design and Interior, from Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction (TAQI, Uzbekistan) visited SPbGASU.

The representatives of the Department of International Education and Cooperation Veronika A. Artemyeva, Head, and Elena P. Selezneva, Deputy Head, and of the Department of Architectural and Urban Planning Heritage Sergey V. Sementsov, Head, and Nadezhda A. Akulova, Associate Professor, met the delegation.

The parties discussed cooperation between TAQI and SPbGASU in the sphere of reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage, term and final papers in common research topics, cross participation in SPbGASU and TAQI conferences and continuing professional development. TAQI representatives were interested in student exchange programmes and introductory internship in Saint Petersburg and Tashkent.
