22.12.2017 Delegation of Institute of Passive House of South Korea in SPSUACE

On 21st December, 2017 the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering was visited by the delegation of the Institute of Passive House (Republic Korea).

The delegation: Jungmann Choy, the president of the Institute of Passive House of South Korea (PHIKO), the main architect of Asan city, associate professor of the university "Soongsil"; Lee Ben Jun, PhD in archeology, professor of the National university of Chhunbuk province ; Lee Chon-Hon, an employee of the Institute of Passive House; Kim Sugvan, Jungmanna Choy’s pupil, Olga G. Serebrennikova, the head of the agency " GradSovet " (Ussuriisk).

The delegation met the directorship of SPSUACE, deans and representatives of faculties. During the meeting both parties expressed intention to develop mutually advantageous cooperation. The guests visited Scientific and technical library, laboratories, Museum of the history of SPSUACE and the Museum of Petersburg brick. Mr. Jungmann Choy read a lecture «Modern experience of designing, building and certification of power effective building in Republic Korea». Visitors also made excursion on the architectural faculty and talked to the dean F. V.Perov.
