SPSUACE on XVI Parade of the Russian students

On 16^th September, 2017 XVI Parade of the Russian students in which SPSUACE students took part was held in St.-Petersburg. The organizer of the Parade was the Committee on the youth policy and interaction with public organizations with the support of the Council of pro-rectors on educational work of organizations of higher education of Russia and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

More than 30 cities brought their contribution to the solemn action which united thousands of first-year students from hundreds of educational institutions of the country. It was the biggest students’ initiation ceremony not only in Russia, but all over the world.

The parade consisted of two parts: the Pedestrian parade and the Water parade. A ship with SPSUACE students passed from the Fontanka river bank to Peter and Paul Fortress where the celebratory concert took place.

The trip was remembered due to fine weather, fascinating sights of the city-museum, live talk, songs and dances. The parade of the Russian students was the excellent beginning of a new academic year and a student's life!
